Month –June & July

Classes-Little Millennium

3^rd July 2017 – Letter Detective: The students will find and highlight the Capital and Lowercase letters in the English Newspaper Headlines or an Old English Magazines to enhance their Thinking and Cognitive Skills. Parents need to send 10 English Newspaper Headlines or an old English Magazine.

7^th July 2017 – Refreshing Lemonade:Lemonade is an amazing drink to make one feel cool and refreshed in summers. The Students will prepare refreshing lemonade to quench their thirst and enjoy it with their friends. They need to bring one lemon, salt, sugar and mint leaves.

 11^thJuly 2017 – Run Under the Umbrella:The Students will enhance their Gross Motor Skills and will be familiarized with the accessories used in the Rainy Season. They need to bring an umbrella for the activity.

27^th July 2017 – Visit To Ice Cream Parlour: The Students will visit an Ice- Cream Parlour where they will learn to purchase their favourite Ice Cream flavor. The visit will be on 27^th July 2017 during the School hours. The students need to be dressed in proper School Uniform with their I Cards. Parents are requested to fill up the Consent Form. Parent approval will not be accepted over the telephone.

Theme Of the month: We Are A Team

Month –June & July

Classes- Classes I – V

29^th June 2017: Food Express– Classes (I - V): Food is an ingredient that binds us together. To enhance the knowledge about the different Cuisines of the World the students need to bring any one dish of the Country allotted by the facilitator.

1^st July 2017- Special Assembly on Doctor’s Day- It’s a day to celebrate for the ones who care for us and for our family. The students of class IV will conduct a Special Assembly to appreciate and recognize the contribution of the Doctors in the life of an individual.

6^th July 2017: Synonym Flower – Class (V): With an objective of enhancing Students vocabulary they will prepare a Synonym Flower. Each Student needs to choose any 10 words and find the synonyms for each word. They need to make a flower using coloured paper and write the synonyms on the petals of the flower.

7^th July 2016: Reader’s Theatre – Classes (I – IV): There are many little ways to broaden a child’s World. Love for books is the best of all. The Students will read a story and find out the meanings of any 15 difficult words and enrich their Vocabulary. The students need to bring any one story book of their choice.

14^th July 2017- Riddle Giggle- Classes (I – V): Riddle Giggle Activity will be a platformto bring the budding writers together and enhance their Creative Skills. The students will compose and present a funny riddle that will make their friends giggle and laugh.

Classes- Classes VI – X

3^rd July 2017: Spin A Yarn- Classes (VI – VIII): The Students will imagine and explore the world of  tales.They need to bring one balloon and a ball of wool. While they build a story in the class they need to spin the yarn around the inflated balloon.

6^th July 2017: Synonym Flower – Classes (VI - VII): With an objective of enhancing Students vocabulary they will prepare a Synonym Flower. 13^th July 2017- Inter-House Quiz Competition- Classes (VI – X):General Awareness Quiz will be conducted on 13^th July 2017. The Prelim Round of the quiz will be conducted on 10^th July 2017.It will be a Multiple Choice Questionnaire .One student per Class from each House will be selected to represent their House in the Final Round.
