Here comes the festive season, the month of October along with more fun and excitement. This month will witness lots of fun-filled activities and celebrations.

Activities of the Month:
1st October 2015 Gandhi Jayanti: Special Assembly (I-V)– ‘De Di Humein Azadi Bina Khadag Bina Dhaal, Sabar Mati Ke Sant Tune Kar Diya Kamaal’. A Special Assembly will be conducted to mark the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
12th October 2015 Tidy Up Days (Classes I-V): To sensitize Students about cleanliness and to make them aware about their social responsibility , Tidy Up Day will be celebrated. The Students will clean and arrange their classrooms and lockers. They need to bring a duster for the same.
15th October 2015 Global Hand Wash day : Special Assembly ( Classes I-V) -Each year on October 15, over 200 million people are involved in celebrations in over 100 countries around the World. Hand -Washing with soap is among the most effective and inexpensive ways to prevent diseases . Global Hand -Washing Day aims to motivate children to take on the role of Hand -Washing Ambassadors. The students need to carry a paper soap/sanitizer to School to learn and develop proper hand -washing practice. A Special Assembly will be conducted by the Students of Class III.
20th Oct 2015 Vijaydashmi : Special Assembly (I-VIII) - To mark the victory of good over evil the festival of Dusshera will be celebrated in the School. A Special Assembly will be conducted to mark the occasion by the Students of Classes I& II.
20th October 2015 Global Dignity Day: Special Assembly( Classes I-VIII) - Every Country, School and Classroom has different ways to discuss Dignity. However, we at TMS will celebrate this Special Day in our unique way. A Special Assembly will be organized by the students of Class VI to understand more about Dignity and share their views about the same.
28th October Haloween Party ( Classes I-V): Halloween is a time of celebration and superstition. This day marks the end of summer , the harvest and the beginning of winter, The Students of Classes I-III will prepare Scary Masks. Classes IV&V will prepare a Scary Room.The material for the same will be provided by the School.
31st October :Rashtriya Ekta Diwas ( Classes I-V): Rashtriya Ekta Diwas was observed on 31 October 2014 to pay tribute to the efforts made by Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel to unite India. The Students will design a Pamphlet for the same.The material will be provided by the School.
