8th September 2016 – Clean & Green:
Picking up garbage and putting things away doesn’t just make the classroom look tidy but it ensures a healthy Class environment.
To build lifelong habits that could potentially make a difference in our surroundings, the Students will clean and manage their Classroom belongings under the guidance of the teacher.
17th September 2016 - Pyjama Party: Pajama parties are the perfect way to spend time with your friends and are ideal if you want to celebrate a special occasion. The Students of Ready To Fly will make a guest list and send invitation to the Students of Developing Roots and Emerging Wings. They need to wear pyjama and T-Shirt. The Students need to bring snacks of their choice to enjoy the party.
19 th – 24th September 2016 – Table Manners Week:
To inculcate healthy eating habits and Table Manners, the Students need to bring healthy food items in their tiffin throughout the week. The day wise schedule for the week is as given below.
Day 1-Table Layout (Students need to bring a Table Mat, Spoon, Fork and Napkin for the Activity.)
Day 2-Yummy Green Veggies (Students need to bring Green Vegetables in their tiffin.)
Day 3- Say Yes To Healthy Food (Students need to bring Healthy Food Items.)
Day 4-Mouth Watering Fruits and Juice (Students need to bring atleast two Fruits along with one Healthy Drink of their choice.)
Day 5- Sprout Day (Students need to bring Sprouts in their tiffin.)

Theme Of the month: Seeds Of Literacy
Month – September
Classes- I-V
5th September 2016– Teacher’s Day (Classes I –XII): Teachers' Day is celebrated as a tribute to the valuable contribution made by teachers to the society by imparting knowledge and enlightening and shaping the career of Students. A Special Assembly will be conducted by the Senior Students to extend their sincere gratitude to the teachers.
‘Words of appreciation means more than a gift.’ Students can write a short message of love and gratitude to express their feelings for their Teachers. ‘No Gifts’ will be accepted from the Students. They can however present Handmade Greeting Cards or Flowers to their respective teachers.
8th September 2016 – Literacy Day (Classes I – V): International Literacy Day is observed worldwide on September 08. It aims to highlight the importance of literacy to individuals, communities and societies. A Special Assembly will be conducted by the Students of Class IV.
16th September 2016 – Gadget Guru (Classes I – V):
‘Technology can become the WINGS that will allow the Educational World to fly farther and faster than ever before.’
The Students will do the following activities:
Classes I - III – The Students need to bring pictures of different gadgets that they see all around and will make a collage in the Class. They will also solve a worksheet based on gadgets in the Class.
Classes IV & V - Prepare a 3D model of any gadget and write their specifications. The parents need to prepare their ward and send material for the same.
20th September 2016 - Kalamkari Art (Classes I-V) - I.S.A Activity -Kalamkari means painting with a pen. It is an exquisite form of textile art with a heritage dating back to the ancient times. To recover the tradition of Kalamkari, the Students of Classes I-IV will infuse the art with individual styles using black sketch pen.
26th September 2016 - World Wear (Classes III) - I.S.A Activity -To encourage the Students to learn about the various dresses worn in different parts of the World, ‘World Wear’ Activity will be conducted. TheStudents need to bring pictures of dresses worn in countries like India, Dubai, Thailand, U.S.A & Africa. They will locate these countries on a World Map and will paste the pictures on the map.
30th September 2016 - Fashion Show (Classes II) - I.S.A Activity-To create awareness among the Students about the dresses worn in countries like India, Dubai, Thailand, U.S.A & Africa. The Students of Class II will participate in the Fashion Show. The parents need to send their ward in the costume of the Country allotted to them by their respective Class Teacher.

16th September 2016 – World Ozone Day (Classes VI – VIII):To spread awareness about the depletion of the Ozone Layer and search for solutions to preserve it, a Special Assembly will be conducted by the Students of Class VI.
