The Millennium School, Meerut organized an Anti Tobacco Campaign at Era Mall, Meerut on 14th May 2013. The main objective of this campaign was to make people aware of the health risks associated with smoking and using tobacco in different forms. As part of its Endeavour to make the city smoke-free the Students of TMS, Meerut presented a skit with the title “Say Yes to Life and Quit Tobacco” they also distributed badges to the visitors. The School choir presented group songs conveying the same message to discourage potential smokers. The posters prepared by the School students were put up in the Mall campus to inform the people about association of tobacco consumption and cardiovascular diseases and other effects of using tobacco. An interactive session was conducted in the form of a quiz to spread awareness.

The program culminated with a Signature Campaign.

The response towards the campaign was overwhelming and people, specially the youth, came forward to pledge their support for the movement.
